Huanyu is an independent legal organization of Huanyu Group Co. Ltd. Since it was founded in 2002, Huanyu has participated in the formulation of the constitution, the amendment of the Evaluation Guide, and also the establishment of the evaluation rules for the China Mining United Consulting Center.
